Hondata e85 tune problem

Post by AGR FK7 »

I installed the SiriMoto flex fuel about a week ago. Pretty straight forward install. Only problem is I got a code from the Hondata mobile app. I had to remove the battery to able to get through the firewall and get cables through. All my lights came up including check engine light. I flashed the ECU and they all went away but 5 mins into driving they all come back up . I notice the car isnt running right. Here's the code I got. Any help?

If the kit involves ECU wiring then you might have got the wrong pin/wire.

I removed the kit but the still same situation. I flashed it to stock and seems to work but when I turn off the car and get back on it all the lights come back on. The eco lights dont work either.

IF it is doing this completely stock then it sounds like something is wired incorrectly or you have loose wires somewhere. Yu should go over everything you have touched during the install and check for issues. If all else fails take it to the dealer to have them look at it.

Took it to the dealer. Guess a pin on the ECU was damaged. Most likely damaged it when installing the kit. Gonna get it replaced and then try to reinstall being more careful. Thanks for the help.

Make sure you return to stock and unlock the FlashPro first.
