Selling my Flashpro.. won't unlock from the ECU! Help.

1. I use "return to stock" option. It works well
2. went to unlock my ECU. It won't unlock my car and I get an error saying " VIN authorization error"
Civic SI 2007, Software ver 3.2.0.0

You must have internet access when you return to stock and unlock it.

Yes, I have Internet access and it's not working.
I try the quick support option. for several hours without an answer.

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

You should be able to unlock it now, but this will be the last time it will be able to be unlocked.
