Unable to click "New Calibration"

Post by alp6989 »

I'm unable to click the New Calibration button. It's greyed out along with all buttons to the right in that same task bar until getting to the display tabs.

I've installed the USB drivers correctly, updated Boot Firmware, Registered, Locked my Flashpro to my VIN, and nothing. I ended up "returning to stock" because I was desperate. Flashed my ECU stock. Came back in to connect Flashpro to PC and still unable to select New Calibration.

I'm unaware if this is an issue related to my laptop's memory. I followed all the proper installation steps. I've not had the OBDII and the USB connected at the same time. Will try having all 3 interfaces connected when I get home from work. I'm at a loss.

Is it my laptop? Do I have to unlock and relock my Flashpro?
