This is not the vehicle the flashpro was locked to

After firmware upgrade the customers flashpro is not be able to upload my new calibrations to the flashpro box to update the ECU map.

Feedback was sent with the OBD2 port disconnected.

Of course - the notebook is not be able to be connected to the internet. No WLAN at the garage.
Which solution can you provide to fix this? Customer start to make pressure to fix this problem... Car need to be updated for raceing.

We can't wave a magic wand and fix something if we have no information. Send us the feedback with the FlashPro plugged into the vehicle and the ignition on.

He will try it to send the feedback again with connected OBD2 and ignition on.
