Can you post a photo of the way you have 'cut and spliced' into the ELD input (it can be one or the other, but not both)? Also that will allow us to check you have the correct pin.

I cut the wire on the ELD pin. Replaced it with the 0-5v signal wire. The factory ELD wire is taped and dangling loose.

I have the same issue, and there are no spliced wires. The wire from the PLX controller has been connected to the ELD pin and the ground is correctly connected. When the muxture goes richer than 11.7 the ECU does not show it (it continues to datalog the 11.7 value) while the PLX DM6 gauge shows the actual value (A/F of 11 for example).

Try removing the resistor on the bottom of the ECU labeled R1. The resistor says 1001.
It is the light blue resistor in the blue circle.

Any updates on this? My aem gauge and logs don't match up either. Grounds and power are correct. Compensation only helps so much. If any has tried removing the r1. What was your outcome.

This is the reason I ended up having to go to a tuner. These wideband devices are junk! Never could datalog to E-time, wideband was hooked up correctly. It’s funny how you read about this same issue over and over and over again.

I have the same issue with the plx sm-AFR and dm6 gauge. Does removing this resistor solve the problem? Anyone?
