i'm pretty sure Hondata made this restriction to stay safe. Jumping on with 50 vtc advanced along with extreme rev limit can lead to piston-valve contact, making them responsible for the motor kill.

all in all, 95% of flashpro users would want to stay below 40 deg, i guess Hondata can lift these restrictions by request (for those crazy tuners :D)

I use 50 VTC, and I have 9000 rev. limit

The cam angles are from Honda. Don't confuse the cam angle index with the cam angle table - with an index of 0,10,20,30 & 40 degrees you can still go to 50 degrees.

99mm stroke on a rod as thick as my little finger and a cast piston? The difference between 7600 rpm (our recommended rev limit) and 8500 rpm puts more than one extra ton of force on the rod, but the piston probably will break first with a load of 5200 G over TDC.

not all use OEM rods ;) Unlock RPM indexes, it's responsibility of the car owner how much he wants to rev., just write this in the FlashPro help file for TSX owners with recommended revl limit of 7600 rpm.

Oh man ! U really scared me ) I know the math and so on but maybe your finger is a lil bit thicker then you think .. coz guyz r revving 8.5 against your math and so far so good. Revving it all day long isn so good , engine will not last long for shure , but 2-3 times a day to have some fun on a daily driven car its a diff story. Its a honda engine and it must be revved until power climbs , or it will not be a honda. Builded bottoms on forged stuff could be revved to 9k , some guys has such 300whp engines in CL chassis so limiting revs isnt fair poilicy.

Where is 04-06 harness ? I asked for pinout and may ask one more time, and more , and more , and my patience will be rewarded soon , i guess its your favourite slogan, isnt it ?

We have not released the 04-06 adapter harness yet. It will probably be available April/May.

It looks like if you wanna earn some you have to stand up from your comfortable sofa untill everyone will have it for free.

I want and will pay you even if i can do it myself coz your job is awesome and i want to invest to see more from you guys,

but it must be early 2012 as advertised. We already waited tooooo long for this to appear.

Ok 04-06 guys, a lil bit of propaganda and we have harness now, god bless Hondata )) Now it would be perfect to see normal hi cam map to tune , started from 3k to 10k . What do you think ?

Hey Hondata , looks like you like to do perfect things as noone else can, so you have a chance to make it even more perfect, not for us , for yourself.
