I have a question about air temperature compensation. I have a street turbo application that has approx 70deg F delta in intake manifold temperature.(cold/hot). When the car is turned at temperature the driveability suffers when the car cold starts. Is there a way to allow the Air temp compensation to properly correct A/F ratio. Also what is the total control or % of air temp A/F adjustment expected?
Would your insulation gaskets (heat shield) potential help this problem by lowering the delta between (cold/hot). Also, could relocation of the air temp sensor provide additional inprovement in air temp stabability and compensation? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at the tables in some of the default calibrations in SManager. The s200 temp comp is about the same.

Usually cold starts are more related to water temperature compensation that air temperature compensation. First make sure that the engine runs at the correct temperature when hot (180-200 degrees) and it is running around 14.7:1 at this point. Now when the car is cold alter the ECT enrichment to get the AF in the ballpark. You can also change the post start enrichment to alter the mixture for the first half minute or so after starting.

Finally, 70 degrees variation is a lot, even for a turbo. Is the air temp sensor downstream of the intercooler, and is the intercooler working correctly? At full load I only see about 25 degrees above ambient temperature with my turbo.
