Inconsistent Idle Injector Recovery? Help...

Hi, I have a 2013 Civic Si that is Supercharged by Kraftwerks. I have a strange idle problem that occurs at random while shifting into neutral (perhaps to coast before a redlight or similar scenario). The idle will on occasion fall correctly and hold steady at or around 900RPM, on other instances it will either fall and recover to 1500RPM and hold steady until completely stopped, at which point it will fall to 900RPM, on other instances it will fall to 900RPM and slowly climb to 1700RPM and drop and climb again creating a surge in idle if you will.
