Jerky shift daily drive

Post by bian.yy »

Hi Hondata

My car is stock 14 SI.
Could you check why my daily driving shift are very jerky.

1 throttle release on gear 1 and 2 suddenly brake the car, I have already tuned slightly injector cutoff with a little help only.
2 injection time when clutch pedal pressed varies refer to unstable Tplate.

My purpose is to have the most daily driving smoothness between shift gears.

Try this. Using VTC tables during overrun should smooth tip-in and I adjusted the overrun MAP pressures to smooth tip-out. You may notice some more rev hang but you can probably put the fuel cut delay lower or back to stock without having much effect on the jerkiness.

Hi Hondata

If I am using vtc table to control decel, do I need to set column 1 and 2/1250RPM up to a proper degree or just leave it with 0 as is.
I will try this map and feedback you. thank you very much.
