I'm new to the honda scene coming from the Nissan scene and just recently bought a B20 built with a P28 ECU with a S200 installed is there some software I can use to check out what the motor is running or something of an idea of what kind of tuning has been done to it? Sorry if I don't make any sense but I just want to make sure I got what I paid for.

No you can't easily see what it has been tuned with. It would either have to be taken to a Hondata dealer so that they can assist you or you would have to purchase Romeditor 4, a programmer and emulator (so you can read the file out an tune it yourself). If you really want to tune yoursefl, I would highly recommned just upgrading to the s300 as it will be cheaper and much easier to use, plus it has a lot more features than the s200.
