Makes sense, thanks!

What about low end torque, I see it starts off higher, dips slightly them follows the stock curve and then a higher peak. How much a difference on 87 octane? Can I get this on the reflash product instead of Flashpro?
The dip at first is just from the dyno. Low end is about the same until the turbo spools up.
We only have the FlashPro for the 1.5 turbo engines.

Just gonna give my experience on fuel economy.

I run a tune based on the +6 basemap, I commute in bumper to bumper stop and go traffic to and from work (about 40 miles one way) I get around 30-34MPG if I /only/ commute that week.

On long highway drives, I see around 36-40. With eco on, I'm exceeding 40 (usually between 42 and 44)

I can't really give an accurate metric for city driving, because revving it up a bit light to light is just /too/ much fun, but I generally get around 25. These numbers about 2-4 MPG less than I got stock, but my driving habits have changed, as others have said, the extra power (and the feeling of coming on boost) is simply addictive.

I only run 93 in my car, I put 91 in it once when I wasn't able to get 93, and you could tell the car wasn't very happy with me, but that's due to my tune. The basemap doesn't have that issue.

Is there anyway for the dealership to tell if you have been using a FlashPro otherwise? That is, is there some permanent log sitting somewhere of everytime you flash the ECU (or if you flash back to stock, is there no way for them to tell)?

The ECU does not have a reflash counter or other flag like some other manufacturers. Warranties can't be arbitrarily voided.

This thread is super helpful. One more follow up question on the 87 octane gas.

While 91 octane will get you 5 or 6 more HP in the charts, in the real world - you probably will not feel any difference. From Hondata's perspective, is it safe to run the +6 tune on 87 octane? There is a school of thought that the computer will do what it can to prevent knock based on estimate algorithms combined with knock sensor activity, but it would be more ideal to prevent the knock activity from happening in the first place by putting in 91 octane gas. To be clear is the answer:

1) Running 87 octane is fine, since the computer will adjust accordingly, your engine's longevity will be comparable to running 91+ octane
2) Running 87 octane is fine, but 91+ is recommended

Lastly, Is there a base map just for 87 octane? I came from a Subaru WRX, and the Cobb Accessport definitely have tuning options for different grades of gas

With 87 the knock control will rise, ignition will retard and everything will run just fine. The calibration is the same for 87-93 octane.
