Im interested to hear what are recommended afr values for wot?
This is DI engine right? Not that much different then 2.0 in TypeR? I saw 14.7 on wot on type r, so I need to hear your toughts.

14.7 is way too lean. 14.7 is what it should be at for closed loop

Almost all modern factory engines run 14.7 at WOT at low rpm / low load or under higher load with a timer.
There's less different between open & closed loop with the 1.5 turbo where it will run closed loop under WOT (after a reflash it takes a little while to do this). You can change this with the WOT determination table, but we found that fuel economy will suffer because the engine is in boost so often.
So the quick answer is that low 11s is good at WOT, as Jun43 points out.
The Type R ECU control is quite different because it is a different engine management (not Honda).

^^so what is the point then of tuning WOT AFR tables if at the end of the day, ECU will just revert back to targetting its own AFR targets running close loop(ie, stoich target or close to stoich?)

11ish AFR is generally safe. WHP gain differenc from running 10.9 afr upto 12.9 AFR is very little. So, if your not a dyno queen, you usually give away a little WHP there and run richer and safe, ie. Low 11's.

Type R is still Honda ecu. It just uses different ECU supplier(Bosch I recalled? Which runs a different set of protocols and algorith and what not versus Keihin corporation ECU used on the 1.5T.

1. The ECU will target based on the WOT compensation, not stoichiometric. Closed loop at WOT works ok.
