2019 civic si use And want to purchase flash pro and currently have turbo Xs blow off valve and kn intake will I have any problems running flash pro with turbo Xs blow off valve

It depends on the blow off value. If it is internally recirculating then it will work. If it vents to atmosphere then it does not matter if you run FlashPro or not; the ECU will not be able to meter the air accurately.
