My issue is the Honda vsa system kicks in retarding ignition causing a backfire when enabled I know this because I’ve disabled one then the other to confine the issue, 2nd gear 5kish. I’m running 9% slip. Should I lower my slip value so hondata traction control can intervene before the stock vsa? Gets annoying disabling factory vsa for hard pulls. I’m running 91 octane map high flow cat improved throttle response 3rd-6th power
Eventuri intake
Rv6 catted downpipe
Invidia exhaust

Re: Hondata pros I need traction advice
Quick question since I seen you running the RV6 catted DP....For selection there is no RV6 baseline tune what did you run for a tune selection or did you end up doing a custom dyno tune....I was thinking of selecting PRL DP and Front pipe as a close reference, or is there another option if running a brand which isn't pre selected ?
Any info on this Hondata or OP ?
Thanks in advance
