Hi, well i bought a car which the seller told me it was tuned on hondata s300 and i need to disconnect the battery to connect a stereo and well i need to know if anything will happen to the tune if it will erase or reset it i dont want to mess it anything up car is fine how it is...... Thank you

yes you can disconnect battery with no problem.
