Glowing red header at idle any ideas?

I'm helping a buddy on a kswap we are new to the whole kswap an k engines. But we have been around Hondas ect...

Anyways here's the ordeal he bought a k24a2 from a junkyard.
Motor was kinda seized when we got it from sitting... But got it freed up motor starts and sounds fine... It had ep3 map kinda ran like poop but was snappy so I don't believe it's outta time.... We also have tried a kpro with a k20a2 map ran better but still after about 4 mins of ideling the header starts glowing red which I'm assuming is from running lean its at about 60 psi of fuel and has type s injectors... Only thing we've change is cranks pos sensor. But I don't think that would cause that... Any help will be greatly appreciat

I'm not no pro at K-series but I'm pretty sure it is super lean and timing is probably off. I would double check if timing is still good. BTW the Fuel pressure is higher than normal.
