1992 EG k20a2 swap No Start - HELP!!!

HELP!!!

I have done all the research I can.. changed all kinds of things and still no start.

92 eg civic with a k20a2
mods:

kpro ecu
comptech supercharger with 3.8in pulley
AEM fuel rail
AEM fuel pressure regulator
Grams 550cc injectors
New NGK sparkplugs
New fresh gas
New crank sensor
swapped complete throttle body with all sensors to see if it did anything.




background info:
swapped came off my running rsx.. swapped it about 2 years ago.. I then let the car sit for about a year and a half.. rats got into it and ate injector wires. I traced all injectors and replaced plugs with ones for the Grams injectors.
checked compression and its 180 on all 4 cylinders.
spark and fuel is there.
only issue I see is the "INJ (ms) " is at about 14.00-17.00.

I attached my cranking datalog.. incase it helps at all.

I dont know what else to do!!!

Did you enter the deadtime for the injectors?

no. not sure how to do this.

I had stock injectors before these 550cc injectors and it was the same.

Enter the deadtimes here in Kmanager at 43.5psi base on grams deadtimes.

Also what is your fuel pressure set at?

fuel pressure regulator goes to 40 with the adjusting screw all the way down. doesn't go higher than that.

You need to have someone turn the key and you look at the pressure, if it's really that low with the adjustment screw all the way in you need to check the fuel system

I checked this and the highest it goes is about 40 on the gauge.
I checked voltage when priming the fuel pump and it is at 11.26v

What's the battery voltage
If you have a good 12v source connect it straight to the fuel pump and see if the pressure increases, if not you may have some amount of blockage in the fuel system

Depending on your regulator it the pressure may drop after the pump stops priming. In Kmanager, set your pump to prime for 10 seconds and watch the gauge while its priming to get a accurate idea of the fuel pressure while the pump is on. Check for continuity on all fuses and make sure all of the required grounds are attached and cleaned.
