S300 wont connect to laptop.
Worked fine last time I connected. Only thing done recently (today) was updated Smanager.
Says USB driver is installed, but wont connect.
I've tried the manual driver update to no luck.
All green lights on the s300.
Showing code 39 in the device manager.

What are my options?
I'm in Canada.

Numerous times.
All USB ports work fine with any other devices plugged in.
I havent tried a new usb cable. Only the one that came with the s300.

Try a different USB cable before doing anything else in case it is damaged. It is a standard USB A to USB B cable.
