I see that the one in the Beta thread is 1.1.0, and the main download link takes me to version 1.1.1.0. What is what, and if 1.1.1.0 is newer and better than 1.1.0 Beta, what fixes/changes were made?

The latest version is 1.1.1.0 and the updates to it can be found in the program, in help > contents > what's new in this version, where you will find the following..
