I have also been able to verify that accelerating a little 10% or 15 there are still blows at that rpm

Your tune or lambda sensor is the cause of the issue.
On WOT you have a extrem lean fuel mixture (you have labmda 0.96) and the target is: 0.86 as best!

Go back to your tuner to get the fuel mixture fixed. I think the AFM flow is bad or AFM.c calibration was not set correctly...

This is one cause why I recommend hybrid calibrations. Fuel-table injection at WOT (open-loop) and AFM calibration in closed-looping...

hybrid calibration? I do not understand .what if I would like to be able to have a suitable calibration for my car I have an invidia exhaust and kyn intake

use fuel table by select "use speed/density (MAP) fuel tables" and enter the value of map pressure which you would like to use MAP fuel tables.
