So i just picked up kpro locally, the information on the ecu matches the guy and the car of the guy who sold it to me. The ecu is a (37820-PND-A51) with kprov4(white circuit board). So i have a few questions....
1) am i able to register this kpro and ecu to my info/vin?
2)am i able to use the ecu if i disable the immobilizer?
3)i still have my current ecu, after i install the hondata ecu...will i be able to put the oem ecu back in to make the car streetable again for emissions etc?
4)if the vin on the car/hondata ecu dont match will it still operate as it should?
Just bought used kpro, am i able to register it with me?

As long as there is no password you should be able to update the registered owner info with your info.
Yes you can use the ECU with the immobilizer disabled.
You can always put your stock ECU back.
The vin has nothing to do with operation.
