I can't set my rev limits using S200, even though the clutch switch and dashboard switch are working. The launch control and fullthrottle shift are working, so the clutch switch is OK. When I press the dashboard switch, the engine light flashes also so it's OK.

I already followed the instructions on the manual, when i press only once for the dashboard, the CEL flashes once every second. I then rev to 3,000rpm and then tap on the brake pedal. The CEL still flashes, is this normal? I then switch the engine off. When I turn on the engine, the launch control is still set to 4,500rpm, not the 3,000rpm I wanted.

The shift light was set to 12,000rpm by my vendor. I bought this S200 as a used one (second hand). I wanna reset the rpm values but it just doesn't seem to be writing, using dynamic nor static settings. When I tap the brakes, hondalogger can recognize it. So what could be causing my problem? I will post the pics later.
