Hondata

A couple of years ago our shop purchased the Hondata S200 dealer setup in order to tune customers cars. Well our laptop took a crap so we need a new registration string. i called hondata and they said they cant give me a string since my account could not be found in their data base (something about how our account was deactivated because we have not purchased anything from them in 6 months). I dont get this? We paid well over $1000 in order to be able to tune cars and now we cant get a new registration string for our new laptop???

Sandra just sent me our new reg. string. If this post was taken in a negative way by hondata then im sorry for the misunderstanding. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues getting a reg. string. I guess it was a misunderstanding. But besides that, Thanks for the quick response and the reg string.
