Hi there, I have a UK civic 5 door VTI 1.8 manual.
It has the B18C4 engine and a P9K ecu fitted.

I want to turbocharge this engine and I was wondering what options Hondata can offer so I can map it myself.

It doesnt look as if any of the systems are compatible with my ECU.

Thanks for your help :)

To use a Hondata system, you will need to use a compatible OBD1 ecu from the list at http://www.hondata.com/ecus.html . You can then use the Hondata s100 or s300 depending on what options you want ( http://www.hondata.com/sproducts.html ). I would recommend the s300.

your car is like the german MB6 or MC2.

this is some stupid car, because it seems that it is an OBD2 car, but in fact it is OBD1.

you have to cut away a nipple from the ECU connectors to install a P28 oder P30 or P72. in one of this ECUs you can put in the S100 or S300, that you can manage all parametres you want and need.

best regards from germany Lukas
