Hi,

I have a doubt with the open/closed loop.

In my calibration I´ve checked the option to "Use MAP to determine WOT".

But in the datalogs, the fuel status when WOT it´s closed.

I´ve review the MAP WOT determination pressure and it´s superior than the condition on the tables. What could be the problem? The Short fuel trim?

I attached the calibration and a datalog.

Thanks.

you have a problem. you have very litle intake manifold pressure. Normal is at WOT +- 980 mbar and you have +-900 mbar. You have some leak.

So your car is not going to the table 10 at WOT.

You also have a stupid amout of fuel in 30 and 40 angle tables that the ECU is taking out in closed loop.

And very hi timing. + 32º at 30cam angle.

What mods do you have?

Yeah, it looks that I have a leak on the manifold. I´ll check on these days.

But I didn´t know that in NA the car could go to the column 10, because the pressure its positive.

I have a CAI (that I might check :D) RRC and exhaust.

So, you think that the car don´t go on Open because the "stupid" excesive fuel on WOT

Thanks.

Edit: those are stock Hondata settings.

what you have
1000 1800 3500 4500 6000 7000 8000
0.850 0.850 0.850 0.750 0.750 0.750 0.550

After looking at what the US RRB AFM/mass air flow sensor table looks like, I was thinking that the 0.850 at 1000 might be tricking the ECU at the start of your pull or something. A bug. I'd probably just update your current version of FP and re-upload your cal to your ECU.

You could try putting 1000 to 1.03Bar (which is what it is on some AFM US calibrations stock-tuned MAP shows what you have above though)

Edit: I'd like to see these values lower for MAP pressure. If you want the WOT lambda fuel tables to control more part throttle situations, you need to decrease those numbers.. . For part thorttle DD driving, I C the need for the ECU to go into open loop sooner so the car doesn't run lean in areas b/c you haven't properly tuned the Fuel low and high tables for different conditions/climates

I plan on runing mine at about 0.7 at 1800 and 0.6 Bar at 3500 RPM and then lower number from there on. This will cover the columns 6-10 on the Fuel low and high map so your tune doesn't have to be overly rich there and is only used for "TRUE, part throttle less than 30% pedal".
