To use Autotune, you must hold down CTRL-T.

I would recommend against using autotune as it usually makes quite a mess out of your fuel tables and you must then go back and smooth them all out.

IT is much easier to just make a recording of your run and make the needed adjustments manually after reviewing the datalog.
