Post a picture of the harness, and make sure it is good quality and in focus.

Hi!

Thanks for trying helping out.

I don't know if that's what you wanted, but here some more pics.
Notice that a wire in the harness has been cut for an unknown reason, I bought it like that. I fixed it as I can.

Also, I saw other picture of 05-06 kproed RSX and they all got a sticker on the side of the ecu saying something like: This ecu has been modified to fit in 05-06 RSX only.

Mine don't have this label, but seller garanteed that it works on my 05-06.

Please reply :)

When you have everything in the car with the key in the on position, what does it say in the lower lefthand corner of the Kmanager screen?

check your USB drivers and make sure it says "online" in the lower left corner when your laptop is connected to your USB. And make sure your key is in the II position to upload. Hope this helps

Hi!

Sorry for late answering, I've been busy.

So here's some update:

I checked what's was written in the down corner, as spunskter asked. Kpro is detected by pc and connection is working. The only thing , its said ONLINE but it told me that ignition is OFF even if the car is ON.

So, we tried the KPRO on another car (K20A2) and it work great. The thing I didn't know is that the green led is supposed to be ON, even if there's no PC connected to.
Green LED remains on (K20A2) but doesn't turn ON on my K20z3 :(

I searched online for the ECU PIN OUT scheme, I found the (IGN PWR) and checked if my harness would be broken, and I used a multimeter to check 'continuity' and everything seems ok.

MY QUESTION:
Does this ECU matches my 05 RSX (even if i have a convertor harness+02 sensor) ? Is the programmation different from a 04 to 05 ?

(sorry again for my bad english, will give further details or explaination if needed)

Thanks all :)

If the ECU works in a different vehicle ok, then you have a problem with either the wiring harness in the vehicle or a problem with the grounds in the engine bay. Start by seeing if the ECU is powering up.

edit:

Ecu is powering on, worked on my vehicule with friend's harness.

My question:

My harness look like a AEM REPLICA... Can it be fixed to work?

Second question:

Is there a model in particular that I have to buy from hondata, or the harness is the same for all 05-06?
