I must admit that after watching some of your videos I'm more than a little intimidated. I own a 2011 CR-Z and am wondering if there are tuning instructions for a novice? Basically I would like to have something that says "this mod and this mod, tuned like this will give you x amount of hp/tq/mpg". I'm concerned left to my own, I will screw things up! I guess a simpler way to say it, is there recommended tuning setups? For me, a FlashPro would be a significant investment so just trying to understand as much as I can.

If you are afraid to try it yoruself then you will need to take it to a tuner and have them tune it for you. Maybe you can sit in on a tuning session and learn from the tuner.
