Again, already done this. I sent information to hondata as well.. I've already done just about anything you're about to say.
I've tried the beta version, and the other version as well that you link to on your site

This isn't my first flashpro car. Why is it not even "showing" the vin under the "cars tuned on this computer list".. But when i pull up the flash pro box, it shows everything with checks.


I'm open to suggestions..kind of sucks that you don't have a 24/7 hotline. People tune everyday of the week, only being able to get a hold of you on the weekdays is pretty annoying.

If you have V1.2.5, then use the 'send support information to Hondata' function. If you sent it previously (without being asked, that's why I put the checkbox in the send window) then you'll need to send it again. Thanks.

We only have the support information sent from the old version.

I believe this is the same problem as here: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13834&p=60062
