95 Honda Civic, P28, S300, 1600cc, E85, turbo

We are having an issue with this car. The car will not start after its been running even for only a few minutes. We have to wait typically about 20 minutes for it to start again.

If I put a stock ECU in there it will start right up.

When its not starting, we have fuel, from the pump and spark.

Replace, ignition pigtail, main relay and now were moving on to other issues.

Wondering if its a ECU problem or a problem with the S300.

Try the ECU in a known good vehicle and see if it works.
