Hi, my tuner and i were having a few troubles with the boost control on my s300, however we have managed to control high boost but we dont seem to have good control of anything inbetween.

My question is, can BBG be set up so that 1st and 2nd runs on w/g pressure i.e. 0% and 3/4/5th gear run at the predefined max that we mapped to? i was quite sure that the lowest duty cycle you could enter was 10%, is that still the case? or would my proposal work?

Did you install a diode with the solenoid?

we suspect that the PWM components in the ecu arent quite right, but thats for another day.

For now i just need to make do so i can at least have a chance of getting soem traction in 1st and 2nd gears...

can it be done this way?

remove the diode you installed with the solenoid, that should resolve the issue.

Any further input on this? Or do you think the diode removal will just sort it?

Try it removing the diode and see if it helps.
