 Post subject: can't get cpr to fire?

Well like the title says I have a hondata cpr and I can't get it to fire, everything is hooked up as the directions tell me to, the green, red and yellow light come on like they say they should. When I pull a coil out and ground the spark plug notta I get no fire even though the box is saying it is. Coils are all brand new! it is enabled in s300 as well...I am lost?
