Low battery voltage when cranking. Check the voltage while cranking.

I am getting this same error, i have have replaced all the required grounds that is mentioned on the website.
What do you mean by starter wiring problem? i havent checked this yet and maybe it is the culprit.

Also it usually only does it now when it is really cold out after i replaced all the major grounds. and most of the time when i turn the car off and back on it goes away.

Any help is appreciated.

ill check when i get off work here soon. I have an aftermarket Volt Meter Gauge in the car to monitor it and i never see it drop below 13.5 but i dont know how responsive it is and it always starts up on first crank. even when its super cold outside like it was today. It also has a new battery in it.

ok so i turned the key to prime it and so the volt meter was reading straight off the battery the voltage dropped down to 10.1. So where do i begin now on grounds. This is getting to be a nuisance.i redid the one to the timing cover the battery and the trans i will check the alternator one again but it appeared good last time.

You either have a fault or corosion in the wiring for the batter/alternator/ECU or you have a dying battery.

Unfortunately not. It was really cold this morning about probably about 20 degrees outside or colder and it took a few cranks and the error came back on. Im gonna get me some more wire i guess and run a new wire from the alt to battery and alt to chassis and see what that does for me.
