Post by sergeev7 »

Hello. I have KPRO and stock Euro EP3 K20A2.
Have anybody perfect calibration for stock?
Right now i use k20a2-civictyper-itrcams-hdr.kal , it can be use in full stock? (somebody tell me it will damage engine)

Hi, I wouldn't recommend it as you have a stock EP3 and not integra type r cams.

Way you dont use the "base" calibration on the KPRO (its PRA ECU)?

I already have tested stock, dino, itr and some others. Stock and dino on my sensations is not fast(.
ITR is good and car run fast! But I'm afraid to damage engine.

Are you sure you have k20a2 and not k20a or k20a3?
If you are sure you have k20a2, and if its anything like the usa k20a2 then you dont have itr cams. Theres probably not much difference between a2 cams and itr cams but there is some, and you could be running leaner or richer and you could have different ignition values because of the differences between them, but if you have ran your car full throttle with that calibration then maybe youll be okay and may just need to lean it out a bit for optimal air/fuel ratio.

I thought the 02-05 euro civic type r had the jdm k20a motor and transmission. Which is different also from both k20a2 and k20z1(itr), different compression, different cams, different transmission gear ratios and has lsd.
