I haven't looked at those files yet but I'm going to answer your question with another question, in smanager in the parameters window under the idle tab, have you clicked the help button in the top right corner of the idle tab window and read the process on setting your idle and setting the duty cycle? Do this first and report back.

Ok I'll look at your files in 3 hours when I'm off work, your comment "done..." Didn't provide any information as to when the idle had been set.

hard to say man, i mean you're using a narrow band so you're always going to get rich to lean pulse waves, did you gap your plugs? maybe they aren't gapped close enough, pop is usually a misfire coming from something, hows the dizzy? new cap and rotor? do you have resistored NGK plugs? (you should have resistored) also if you have a wideband why are you using that shitty narrowband? tune the fuels with the wide band for (columns 1-6) and RPM's 800-8K you'll find they probably will get smoother if your tuning properly and not more wavy, and once the fuels are tuned you can go back to narrow band operation for idle and i'm sure it will be a lot smoother.

I'm using an Innovate Wideband sensor(MTX-L)..
We've got lots of back country roads here in Colorado..
I'll play with the fuel tables see what I may do...

Spark plugs are the proper ones, spark plug Gap has been checked too. I order them through my work(Frontier Honda), Using a Honda distributor, Cap and rotor was just replaced last year before I went to California..
What do you mean, Just upload the file???
how do I do that??

Ok so you uploaded some datalogs before right? Just do the same thing with your calibration file that you made to put on your ecu, you said you are using the bone stock itr tune but you say your using a wide band if I make a stock tune on my computer it doesn't use a wideband, and there are about 4 different oxygen sensor options so please upload your calibration like the forum asks you to, I can't really troubleshoot anything without looking at your exact settings, also when you change your exhaust from cat back the cars fuel may need to be adjusted since it's no longer stock, if you didn't save your calibration to the computer when you uploaded it to the ECU on the s300 there is no way to download it so you'll have to make another one with the same settings save this one and upload it to the forum
