Support for 05 CR-V

Post by Boosted05CRV »

Hello. I have an 05 MT CR-V with PPA-A23 ECU. I know that the 02-04 CR-V can use kpro. Does Hondata have anything to support the 05 as it is drive by wire? If not directly for the 05 then are there some work arounds? Maybe other ECUs that could be swapped? Preferably not with deleting the dbw. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The CR-V 2002-2004 is a European with Manual transmission.

I'm also curious if there is a ECU tuning solution for the CR-V 1997-2002 European version with manual transmission.

Cannot find it on the Hondata website.

I'm electrical engineer so some modification should not be a problem but I prefer a plug and play solution.

i have a turbo crv 02-04 , you can use a pra ecu if you already have a kpro in it , you just cant control the intake flaps in the plastic manifold with the pra in the k20a3 (i think) 150ps engine , internally the oem ecu is same layout/chipset as a pra , so you can also install k100 kpro etc

You're wrong. PRA ecm will not work on CR-V 05-06.

Electronic throttle is not compatible with PRA ecm.
