P0171 System too Lean (Bank 1)

Post by dvergara »

Good afternoon hondata .. please could you help me with this error

I have 4 cars civic if 2013 with swap of rbc. In all the cases in the morning the car starts with failures for 10 seconds ... then the fault is corrected and when the car begins to roll the error P0171 System too Lean (Bank 1) is generated.

I am using as a base map:
vehicle Civic SI 2012 US > CivicSI-2012-2014-8-450ccDW 450 US Civic SI 2012-2014, 2006 maniford

Actions that I have tried.
. modify the pulse of the injectors
. modify cranking fuel
. modify the fuel trim
. Try 410cc and 550cc injectors

The problem persists I attach the map and a datalog with the error

It sounds like a problem with an air leak somewhere. You should follow the trouble shooting steps from the factory service manual for this error.

No. RBC admission has already been checked and there are no leaks. This is happening in 4 cars.
It is impossible for everyone to have an air leak
plase. Can you check the datalog and the map that you send?

Can you send me the link to try? But I'm sure we have no air leak in the intake.

You saw the datalog?

P0171 HONDA - Fuel Injection System Too Lean Bank 1

Intake air leaks (No leaks)
Faulty front heated oxygen sensor ( working)
Ignition misfiring
Faulty fuel injectors (ok are new)
Exhaust gas leaks
Incorrect fuel pressure (oem gas pump)
Lack of fuel Faulty
Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor Incorrect Positive (disabled)
Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose connection (eliminated)

I followed the procedures and still can not find the fault. You could check if there is any fault in the base map that you use of hondata

The short term trim indicates that you need to tune the fuel.
