03 Ep3 will not charge after K24A2 swap

Hey guys! I was hoping you could help me with a technical problem I'm having. I recently purchased a 2003 civic si. I t then blew up. After that I decided to swap a K24A2 out of a 2004 tsx. I have everything in and wired up but for some reason the alternator does not charge the battery. Is there something I'm missing? Please help

This sounds like something is not connected properly. Go over all the wiring and make sure that none of the wires have been damaged and are connected properly.

Thank you for that! The only wire that I'm having problems with is a small one that come off of the a/c compressor. Would this be an issue?

You will need to look at the factory service manual to trace the wires and narrow down where the problem might be.
