Hello :)
I'm an european owner of Civic Type R FK8.
I have this little problem since I reprogram the car with the Hondata Flashpro.
The start and stop of my car is disabled (that's super cool!).
By cons it flashes on my display (that's a little less cool).
Do you have any advice so that I can delete this little icon?
The button to deactivate it no longer works. And I have no error code ...
Thank you and sorry for my English.
PS : The car is very powerfull now, I love it :D
Auto start/stop problem
Re: Auto start/stop problem
With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
The person that works on this is out of the office but I have informed him of it.

Re: Auto start/stop problem
I have the same issue with a 2018 Fk8..
I try to upload a different start calibration and the problem is the same
The Start&Stop light orange flash on the dash and the system don't work

Re: Auto start/stop problem
If you use 'return to stock' do you get the same light on the dash?

Re: Auto start/stop problem
Hondata, i have try and the light is off and start/stop work great.
If i try to upload a calibration 2017 the Flashpro manager show me " impossible to upload a 2017 calibration to 2018 flashpro "
If i use a 2018 calibration , the upload is ok, the start & stop light is off but start & stop don't work
If i use a 2019 calibration, the upload is ok , the start & stop light flash orange and don't work

Use the 'send feedback' function with the FlashPro plugged in and copy this thread address.

Re: Auto start/stop problem
Did all 2017, 2018 and 2019 Euro FK8s have start/stop, or only certain years?

Re: Auto start/stop problem
I've just experienced this; Sent feedback via Hondata as suggested but thought I'd post here as well so I can get the rest of the datalogs and information out in the open.
I did initially think it may have been an issue with changing the idle speed table at an estimate, but returned that to standard and reflashed to no avail.
No codes displayed on any modules when scanned with an Autel AP200:- Both calibrations used are attached, as well as a datalog taken with the first calibration - I also note some seemingly random spikes in AFR if anyone could shed some light on that?

Re: Auto start/stop problem
Further update; I reflashed using the US 93Oct + Intercooler base map with a few tweaks, including the idle speed tweak I'd originally attempted and everything is now resolved - No more flashing lights, and the auto stop start system is confirmed as functional.
Seems that original calibration file isn't a fan of the new firmware; The UK Map had previously worked better for me but now it's the inverse - US map is a bit smoother etc - No hardware changes really other than the Flashpro Firmware.
