Angle VTC fn2 turbo?

Post by tiozes »

Hello, I have seen that in the hondata help it sets the angles of the VTC to be set to 0 at high RPMs when the boost is turbo, but when the map is made in dynamometer, they do not usually leave the angle of the VTC at 0, but it is around 30 and 40, why ?.

regards

It depends on the back pressure. With a free exhaust and large turbo 30+ degrees is normal.

With a gt3076R and invidia escape line, could you put +10 instead of 0 to have more cv?

That is only something you will be able to determine on the dyno where you can measure the power output.

Yes, you must measure the best VTC cam angel on dyno or with virtual dyno via logs...
