Now that the cat is out it's really filled in that midrange. You're probably better off to run through the 30-40-45 cam angle again to build out the cam angle map again. Unless you're happy with how it feels, but I'm pretty sure there is some midrange missing based on how lean everything went on that one. Let me know if you want to run through them again and I will send the next revision based on that.
I love doing laps around the city. We can redo everything you think will help.

Okay. Take this one for a spin, this will be the 30* cam with vtec at 4500. We'll just run through the 30-40-45 angles to build it out again.

Interestingly it liked almost all that 45* which is odd. Anyways, I blended it out a little bit. So take this one for a spin and see what you think.

Looks good. Go ahead make another datalog when you can and we will see if it stays as consistent.

Tomorrow the new trans flywheel and clutch go in. Car is feeling great but a bit louder. Then VTEC kicks in and it screams! Feels strong everywhere.

Yeah it looks good for now. Once you get the clutch broken in and you're able to make some pulls we'll look over it again. The new stuff might change things a little bit, but nothing we can't touch up easily.

I am so impressed with this trans and flywheel set. This is the best feeling manual trans I have driven. I haven't abused the clutch yet, but I did do a full pull. The longer 1st and 2nd feel great driving threw city streets. I can tell I will be in 5th gear more in traffic and seen to be 3 to 5 miles per hour off. I love the way the street-lite flywheel feels. Can't wait to do a full tank drive to see how it changes the fuel mileage.
