Problem with a locked a car

Hi, I have a problem with hondata flashpro. I can’t locked the car in hondata manager. When a click a lock a car, the program say me you turn on a ignition, but my ignition is on ! Read that hondata to add my ecu to make it work but i care about time as i have trackday tomorrow and i would like to test the hondata. I don’t have any ideas what’s I make wrong

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

It appears this was working when it was unlocked from the last vehicle. What has been modified on your vehicle?

Check the wiring in the engine bay, as something related to what has been changed on this vehicle is probably causing the issue.

When ecu is probably change in my car that’s a problem to connect with hondata ? I’m already looking for all the reasons…

Was the ECU changed?

I dont know, but actual ecu is compatible with the hondata, I check it

You need to try the FlashPro in a known working vehicle an see if it can see the ignition turned on.
