Immobilizer sync to new ECU

Post by 03accordcoupe »

Hey there, attempting to tune my 2003 honda accord v6 6speed with hondata flashpro, CAN adapter installed, i use the fastline adapter to connect stock harness to the TL ecu, getting full communication on that side of things, even uploaded the base map to the TL ecu. Now where i’m coming into a problem is getting my immobilizer synced to the new ecu as it won’t start, took it Honda to get it flashed and there special scan tool can’t find a connection to my immobilizer, I saw it with my own eyes “Cannot find connection to immobilizer in this vehicle” is it possible for me to go grab the immobilizer and key from the TL i took the ecu from and swap all that(will it fit?) or what other options do I have ? my battery is old and was testing about 11.9V, hondas tools need 12v to work, could this be the issue?

I would recommend you contact who made the adapter harness, as we no longer offer this as it has been discontinued. Obviously something is not right.
