My setup is
K24a jdm
Rbc cut ported
80mm ktuned
TypeS oil pump
50vtc gear
4inch intake
3 inch exhaust
Bosch 13680 o2 sensor narrowband
Kswap mr2

Ran for a year 14.7 idle. 13s WOT. 14s Cruising
Then year later it use to spike richest to leanest now its 14s idle but goes to 15-18s now. Idk whats the problem.
Using tsx base map no fuel setting been touch

It could be a vacuum leak of some sort causing the idle to go lean or maybe your o2 sensor is going out. Have you posted a datalog and tune you are running on the forum. Also, with the basemap you are running you are not full utilizing the 50 vtc cam gear.

The car would need to be tuned for you to utilize those tables.

Yes vtc angle can affect afr as every angle has a fuel table that needs to be tuned. Some angles are more efficient thus causing the afr to vary. Changing the vtc angle is not that simple. There is a whole table that needs to be blended that is composed of all vtc angles. During the tuning process you will take the best of each angle populate the vtc table.

Any tune file you fine online will more than likely need some adjustment as no two cars are the same.
