Need some help with some possible ecu issues with the AC system.
I just added A/C to the car and in the process I think I’ve uncovered some issues that seem like they’re related to either the switched 12v or ECU or something I’m over looking. It basically looks like the ECU is not telling the AC and Cooling systems to turn on.
The problems:
1.Fan relays AND compressor / condenser relays are not getting signal but they do have power and ground at the coil.
2. Pressure switch is getting a p1259 error in the Kpro Getting 12V at the signal and power wire
Things I’ve tried:
1. Following the instructions from K Power I’ve wired in everything and crossed reference the wiring diagrams to confirm everything was right and I feel confident in saying that the wiring is 100% right
2. bench tested all the relays and they do work.
3. By passing the relays and manually triggering the fans / compressor confirm they do work
4. Pulled the dash and confirmed the switched 12v is wired into the Fuse box at the black and white wire. This wire is still connected to the wiring harness since I belive it sends the positive signal to the fans
5. Confirmed the A/C system is charged with 1 pound of 134a
6. Set the Fan control in the Kpro to run at 60F (just to rule stuff out)
7. ECT is reading in the ECU just fine.
8. Yes. VTP as AC is enabled in the Kpro.
TL;DR: Car runs fantastic BUT fan control and A/C relays are not getting signal.

What is the ECU part number on the white plug inside the ECU?

I've run into the exact same problem on a Miata k24a2 swap. What was the fix?
