Ok, so i have commented on a previous post done by some1 else and had help from another user.
I just got a Hondata and did not connect to ecu/vin. i send it back and they found it worked properly so they told me to check the obd2 connections.
I have checked both grounds (pins 4 and 5), power (pin 16), checked ohms (60 on 7/14), and the voltage on 7 and 14 (2.4 and 2.6). with a multimeter. Checked to see if the 2 plugs on the front right and the 1 from the left on the front of car. All check OK
On the multi meter when checking for protocals, the only one that connects is "CAN EXD FAST" and the others give me a no connection error. What else can be the issue if anyone can help with this issue....my next thing is to check if the pins are making contact with whatever i plug to them (hard to remove due to the spot and length of cord), however i don't think that's the issue.... PLEASE SOMEONEEEEEE
