I purchased off the shelf tune for my prl flex fuel kit. I did 3 data logs cruising local, cruising highway and wide open throttle 3rd to top of 4th. I sent back for revision and tuner said something is wrong. All 3 data logs reading different ethanol percentage. My prl app reads 20 percent. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong.
Thank you in advance.

Your calibration is locked. You need to discuss this with whoever you got the calibration from.

Did you connect the "optional" connector on the PRL Flex Fuel kit to the ECT2 connector? From your logs it appears that it's not connected and the actual ECT2 sensor is still connected, so you're getting voltage readings from the ECT2 sensor and not the flex fuel analyzer.
You are going to need the "optional" connector connected to use any flex fuel tunes unless you are always running a fixed ethanol mixture and tune for that percentage.
See this video for more information (it should load at the 5min10sec mark):

Install Flex Fuel Unit, Tune to enable; so my question is, can I fill up half of my tank with 93 and the other half e85?jeffx wrote: ↑Thu Feb 02, 2023 1:33 pm Did you connect the "optional" connector on the PRL Flex Fuel kit to the ECT2 connector?
