No Power to Flashpro

Good afternoon, I have the flashpro OG model and for some reason it is not getting any power to the obd2 port. A normal obd2 scanner will power on but I can’t figure out why flash pro isn’t receiving power. Power does come on when connected to the laptop though. Any thoughts here? I have checked all fuses in and out of the car with no luck. :(

Have you tried plugging the FlashPro into a different vehicle to see if it powers up then?

Hey there,

Yes I tried plugging it up to another vehicle with the same issue :( it will power with the usb plugged into a laptop though. Maybe the cord is fried? Is there anything I can do? I tried cleaning the prongs but it didn’t help. Not sure what else I can do

Thank you again for your help! Reached out to the Hondata team and turns out my OBD2 plug was fried. They got it back to me quickly and works like a charm now. Thank you!! :)
