vtec changes not saving

Post by soxfan143 »

Hello Hondata. I was messing around with vtec points and I lowered it to 5400 rpm. But I changed both values to 5400 and saved. But I noticed today that when I save only the lower number will save. If I'm not mistaken that means I have a VTEC window of 5400-6000. Right? Why won't the upper number save to 5400 like the lower number does? Is the upper number always 6000? Thanks.

Haha. Never mind. I didn't realize that you have to change the values in a specific order depending on if you're raising the VTEC point or powering it. I was trying to lower the VTEC point ineddy 650cc base tune and I couldn't get the upper rpm point to save but I was changing the values in the wrong order. At least that's what is happening to me. But it works. I forgot to edit my post. Sorry Spunkster
