Hondata Warranty

There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on competition product(s) and/or the inability to monitor their modification, installation, and use, unless otherwise stated. In such case, Hondata warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of (30) days from date of retail purchase.

As of Feb 1 2011 the warranty on these specific Hondata products is extended to one year from the date of retail purchase:

• S100
• S300
• KPro
• FlashPro

State and Federal laws may supersede this.

Parts returned must be determined by Hondata to be defective before any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Hondata’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective.  The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, or with the serial number missing, removed or altered, are not eligible for warranty service.  Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice or sales order, may be requested.

Hondata shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.  Hondata shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.

All software must be used in accordance with the respective software license(s).
